I felt like I was there, so totally absorbing.
The narration was excellent, which was a pleasant surprise.
Although twisty the plot is easy to follow, whilst leaving just enough mystique.
As the book neared its conclusion the pace was maintained and what a slam dunk at the end.
A great piece of writing. Enjoy.

Packs a punch with the first chapter and just keeps going.
The narrator was the perfect choice she definitely increased my enjoyment of the book.
Initially thought it was gonna be really gruesome story but as it unraveled between the two main characters it became a bit more of a forbidden love story mixed with suspense.
Romance isn’t really my thing but I really enjoyed how the writer told their story. This was my first book by Mia and I will definitely be listening to some more. Loved it from start to finish.

Downside is that it was very wordy at times and repetitive with the description and could've easily been shortened by a few chapters.
There was also a huge giveaway to the ending midway through.
It's worth listening to however as the plot is interesting and different to most thrillers and it doesn't shy away from the darker subjects.
