About this listen

*****Audiobook format of All My Knotted-Up Life - ECPA's 2024 Christian Book of the Year Award WINNER*****

An incredibly thoughtful, disarmingly funny, and intensely vulnerable glimpse into the life and ministry of a woman familiar to many but known by few.

“It’s a peculiar thing, this having lived long enough to take a good look back. We go from knowing each other better than we know ourselves to barely sure if we know each other at all, to precisely sure that we don’t. All my knotted-up life I’ve longed for the sanity and simplicity of knowing who’s good and who’s bad. I’ve wanted to know this about myself as much as anyone. This was not theological. It was strictly relational. God could do what he wanted with eternity. I was just trying to make it here in the meantime. As benevolent as he has been in a myriad of ways, God has remained aloof on this uncomplicated request.” ―Beth Moore

All My Knotted-Up Life is a beautifully crafted portrait of resilience and survival, a poignant reminder of God’s enduring faithfulness, and proof positive that if we ever truly took the time to hear people’s full stories . . . we’d all walk around slack-jawed.

That has got to be one of the most engaging memoirs I’ve ever read/listened to. I was just so sad that it ended. So grateful for Beth’s transparency. It made me feel so seen, known and loved. Truly a book that inspires healing.

LIFE CHANGING

I loved Beth's honesty. I felt I was in her living room as she shared her story. You imagine how someone's life is but then are blown away at how different it is. I admire this woman so much ,especially how she calls out Donald Trump and his supporters and sadly how she suffered for that honesty. Cannot recommend this book highly enough

Beth's honesty is both refreshing and moving

A beautiful, powerful, funny, engaging and mostly vulnerable account of Beth Moore's life. I have been a follower of Beth Moore for many years. I have enjoyed her Bible studies, podcasts, watching her live messages on line. Her humor and southern idiosyncrasies make me laugh, even when her accent is so thick sometimes sometime that I find it hard to understand. But it's her passion to love Christ and share Him and make Him and His promises reachable and knowable through reading the Bible that keep me following what she says and writes. In the world of divisive and polarizing US politics, which has man's agenda at its core, and to which too many Christians from all backgrounds, have tied their allegiance, Beth stands so clearly in the group which align themselves to Christ alone. As she even describes that she is in no way perfect, her integrity shines through her writing.
So glad that I saw an online recommendation for this book. If it was a soft copy and not an audible version, I would be passing around to as many friends as possible. Read it to see what Christ can do in each of our lives.

So glad I found a recommendation for this book.
