Great for a beginner, helpful if had exposure

Not a project manager but work in IT projects. Good overview that's great for total beginners but if you've had project experienceyou may know quite a bit of this already. Good overview and discussion of the differences between methodologies

cheesy overly simplistic explanation of agile

If you know absolutely nothing about project management or agile, this book may be helpful at making you think you understand Agile. But it would be like showing you a rough draft of a single page of a comic book sketch and making you believe you understand the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe (give me a break, I just watched End Game).

Anyway, I'm not even sure I would say this is a good starting point. But if you choose to start here, you'll at least know some of the words and vaguely what they mean.

Good, but not great

The book was a little cheesy, but very informative. The narrator was sort of slow so I sped it up to 1.15X.

useful book

Agile Project Management is a very useful concept, seen also elsewhere, in this book the practical steps for achieving it, or rather the steps that one should avoid, are outlined as well.
