For anyone that is unaware of the current trends in healthy eating this would be helpful but a repeat of much that has been said by many more qualified.

If you have been interested in health and wellbeing for any length of time, you will probably be aware of most, if not all, of the information presented in this publication.

As an audio book it really needs to have diagrams, lists and instructions included as a .pdf alongside the audio book. The cynic in me thinks it has been ommitted deliberately to try to get you to buy the book as well, though it may just have been overlooked.

A great book - I’m sure it will be extremely helpful for those looking to improve their health in simple, affordable ways. I found all topics covered and the relevant research extremely interesting and felt there was a good balance between theory and practical application. It was neither dumbed down nor overly scientific. I have read various books and articles relating to longevity over the past few years, have tried Walter Longo’s mail order fasting protocol and taken the GlycanAge test. I still found this book contained new information I was not aware of. Excellent narration by the author, very easy to listen to.
