This is a rather long book filled with good stuff. The sections on concentration and organizing are super helpful, especially the part about turning chores into dopamine-boosting games. Some parts felt like a motivational speech, but that’s not a bad thing. Overall, it’s packed with actionable advice and really helps make ADHD more manageable. If you know someone dealing with ADHD, this book is a must-have!

This collection is the most in-depth, complete guide to everything ADHD. The first book breaks down ADHD into what it is (and isn't) and talks about treatment. Moreover, it focuses on turning what could be seen as a problem (such as over-thinking) into a superpower. The second book continues the theme of strategies. Finally, the 3rd book helps with decluttering & time management. All 3 work together to make ADHD something not to be afraid of, but accepted and embraced. Additionally, I like the tools, for example, the brain games, to help get things done.

This is a significant amount of information that is really helpful! Its made up three different books that deal with important topics. If this is new to you take your time listening , its worth it. Book one is about improving concentration. I'm a black belt worrier so this intregued me. I was suprised to learn that focus and concentration need to work together to improve anything for you. It was an eye opening techniques of turning things into games for your brain that really helped me. Book two is about organization and cleaning. Another hard subject that I always get overhelmed with. Here I learned tools to make it visually and emotionally rewarding instantly. This section had me listening over again to really get the point across so I could use it effectively. Book three was about executive functioning. I loved the eight essential skills and how to improve them. For me this is still a work in progress but , I have a new mindset that will help me overcome any obstacle. Highly recommended to read each book and take it in before moving forward. It can be overwhelming hard to start, but with theses book you can do anything. Make a difference in your life and try these books!!!!
