As someone with ADHD, I’ve tried so many systems that left me more frustrated than helped. This one is different—it doesn’t try to fix you, it meets you where you’re at. I’m on Week 4 right now, and every chapter feels doable, not overwhelming. The time management part hit home for me, and the section on emotional regulation is something I didn’t realize I needed this badly.
