Sage was attending a trauma conference and having a really bad day!! Her flight moved her from first class to coach, the hotel list her reservation and she ended up in a staff bungalow, then she met rude hotel manager, Carter. Carter thought Sage was a whiny brat. It really was hate at first sight! Then came the chemistry and the hot, hot hookups. There was no real ending, Carter seemed to want more after a few hookups but that was where the story ended.

This book is a short fun steamy story. There’s enough backstory from the characters to keep you engaged for such a short book.
I wouldn’t say there’s an HEA. The end was not the end…
The narrator does a decent job narrating both characters but at times it felt slightly off putting as she changes the voices so dramatically.
