Great
A great aggregation of peak performance, psychology, neuroscience, and systematic improvement principles. Like a bible for personal development. I am gonna have to get a print version and go through with a highlighter. The way he talks reminds me of Gordon Ramsay so had to do this one in small doses.

Very effective as an audio book
I’m already a big fan of this book- essentially a modern, actually practical handbook for a CEO/Head of an area.
But the audio version was a real level up- spot on for a drive to work- James is effortlessly engaging and will be a worldwide name soon enough
