I have listened to this book twice. The speaker's voice is so relaxing and calm, the content very worthwhile.Why? I am 69 and having a problem with retirement,having doubts for the reason to continue to take up space without doing anything other than try to fill the days before death.I have never appreciated my own worth and always had a short fuse.For the last few days I have felt content and added a couple of inches to my fuse.Life changing? well we will see, but I really like the current view of the world!!!
