Having been to the town in question way back in 2005 and know the demographic position, it gives me a sense of knowledge and feeling of the stories it's like I'm there. This is a brilliant book and a must for fans of the paranormal, also the fact that the narrator is the author gives it a sense of connection and authenticity with the stories. 👍👍

I am a sure bet as I have been off work for 6 weeks now (mh) and discovered my tonic in their words, humour, wisdom and humanity. I won’t make Brennan and Paul blush ( and to be fair, credit must go to Ian for his contributions to the early episodes- I’m sorry it ended as it did but real is real).
I love the active listening without judgement.
I love the laughing and the camaraderie.
I love the details and the quirky little sticking points that make Paul breathe in and Brennan explore the English Language!!
I love the neutral and open stance..
I love the natural, non judgemental style they have: it is what it is…
Rather like them.. which is why I can listen all day…
.
And i just drove to Yorkshire from Devon in the UK so listened to Strange little Places … available in all good book stores… damn you Brennan and your hypnotic mind games!!!

I kid you not it finished 3 minutes before I reached my destination… had to switch to the podcast.. I’m a 100% audio demon and have nothing but good things to say.. interested in ghost or unexplained stories then listen in … thank you for all that you do xx Bev xx
