A beautiful, gentle read. I love the characters and the individual story lines. The narration was great too. I even watched the movie Enchanted April after listening to this book!

Loved the story. Was easy listening and a break from catastrophe. Love happy endings. Made me want to move there! Just felt the narrator sounded like she was reading to a class of kindergarten children. a little too animated.

Four very different lives converge in a beautiful setting. As friendship blossoms through well-spent time together, each companion proves themselves compassionate and trustworthy. Problems are raised and solved through sharing, humbly receiving and bravely acting. Female friendship at its best - both empowering and unselfish and so a blessing to themselves and those around them. What’s not to enjoy?
Very well read too. Would just say the oldest character sounded perhaps a little “too” old, but overall clear, expressive, and impressive varying of voice for all the different characters.
