shame on the editor... "this man"

I finished this book because of the story. I cannot bring myself to continue with the next book however. The OVER use of "this man" is like nails on a chalkboard.

Repetitive much

This book drove me nuts, you can only talk about your past & your control blah blah so many times I had to fast forward a couple
Of times just not to hear it again. I only finished it because I had to know how this
indecisive story and ends.

Good

I enjoyed the story but I found the protagonist irritated with her constant repetition of her doubts and insecurities. The plot of the story itself was interesting, the ending was a bit of a surprise for sure. And I although I like the narrator, I feel she tends to keep the same monotone through all of her reading. She has a great sexy and seductive voice, but it does not very with everything that is happening in the book. It is still a good read.

One of my new favorite series so far

Lisa has always been able to write Beautiful stories and always pick amazing narrators to tell her story!

But this one I couldn’t stop listening to I finished it in just one night and can’t wait for the next two books! Worth the credit to listen but warning cliffhanger but Lisa is always good at making you want more and it’s always worth the wait!

No stealth

I love Lisa Renee Jones books - I would have to say the Aria is not my favorite character - while many of the characters in this book are flawed, Aria drives me crazy with her unwavering homage to her brother, that doesn't feel like he reciprocates the same respect.
IMO - when Aria's brother goes missing Aria comes across as an airhead on a personal level with business skills, I loved the Stradivarius tie-in to this story giving it rich history to build on -
LOVED the covers for this series!!!

This Man

I’d like to know how many times the lead says “this man” per page. It should be redone without so many. It is a great story, but this detracts from that for me.

love the book

I lived the story line and the book. Wasn't crazy about the performance, the male voices were too much!
