About this listen

When Hetty Huggins made a promise to her dying mother that she would look after her younger sister and brothers, little did she know how difficult this would be. I wanted to keep listening to the story to the very end. Felt sorry when I did reach the end of the book.

The main character Hetty. A lady with guts and determination to succeed in her life.

The last chapter when Hetty realized just what and who was really important in her life.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, I found it very hard to turn off the book.
