Summary
In this formative and classic message from the Intellect Inspire archives of 1997, a young Rodney Sampson articulates a dynamic and challenging message entitled “A Mind Without Barriers Creates Ideas Without Limitations”. As a medical student at The Pennsylvania University College of Medicine, Sampson was introduced to the concept of the “blood brain barrier”. This barrier protects the brain, it’s white and gray matter content, nerves, blood vessels; and most importantly - the intangible mind. If this barrier is breached, it can cause sickness and disease to manifest in other organs and systems in the body. Mental illness can result. However, if we strengthen and protect the brain [and our mind] from foreign agents and negative thoughts, we allow for innovative and creative ideas to flow and manifest! What started as a simple thought in an anatomy lab has birthed into a consciousness that rarely escapes Sampson’s messages to this very day. To this end, we ask the question, “What barriers are you allowing to limit you?"
