An excellent cosy mystery.
I enjoyed this book. The idea of cooking with wacky-baccy is completely alien to me, but it was a fun listen and the characters came through as very real. It was totally different to the usual home-coming girl storyline, and there were enough red herrings neatly sewn into the storyline to have me not quite sure who did what to who. The narrator did a good job too to keep the pace moving along smoothly. Not sure I’m going to try the recipes as don’t think it’s legal where I live, but I’m looking forward to Book 2 in the series.
