Love these books. Well-written and interesting and the audio performance rocks! The story is complex enough to keep you guessing without being confusing. Great characters and definitely no mills and boon vibe!

The most bingeable series I've happened across since Dungeon Crawler Carl. If you love gritty hardboiled detective fiction but always felt it was missing fantasy elements, this is the series for you. Fantastic narration from Duffy P. Weber too.
