Great story, but at just over 6 hrs found it too short. I like it when they are at least 8hrs and you can get lost in the story.

The narrators voice is consistent and these books get better & better! Really enjoying Jody Parker stories!!

Although the writing,and especially the narrating, is still excellent in this book, somehow it lacked something compared to the wedding one, the first I read. I laughed out loud in places and the story moved seamlessly. It just seemed to drag on too long and was a bit repetitive in places. I found myself zoning out at times.

I’m loving this series. The recipes sound delicious a bit lost in the audio version, of course. However it’s all about the pleasure of listening to the enjoyable story, beautifully narrated by Zara Ram. I’m looking forward to the next book.
