I listened to this book on Audible at a difficult time and found it packed with distillations of ancient traditions and helpful exercises. I love Jo’s no-nonsense delivery, her advice against worrying we are not practicing our spirituality enough, her insistence on the importance of belly laughs and fun: “Sometimes spirit is best served with ice and lemon”…. I need to buy the printed version now.

A wise friend!

I loved the audiobook because Jo’s voice is soothing and calming. Although I have practiced mindfulness for many years, I still learned so much from Jo’s knowledge and insights. It has certainly given me lots to think about and consider. I think everyone would benefit from reading this brilliant book.
Thanks Jo x

Such a great book full of insights

I discovered Jo after reading Fearnes Cottons latest book and immediately added this to my wish list. I have been interested in spirituality for a few years now but those little drips of doubt that this can’t be real have crept in. Jo makes it all real and demystifies things in a simple and scientific type way. At first I thought her voice was a bit boring but as I got deeper into it I realised this actually helped to keep me focused on the facts and practices and make them ‘normal’ as she is just a normal person like you and I. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to learn more about spirituality or make sense of the signs and dreams we all have
