- Narrated by: April McCoy
- Length: 42 mins
- Categories: Literature & Fiction, Anthologies & Short Stories
Summary
An older man crushed by his long-time sweet-pea, a younger woman who stays in trouble...the crazy MC of Montana!
I'm Butch and I'm Kitty's play uncle. I work at her father Mac's motorcycle shop. When she ran away from home, the young girl came looking for me.
She shows up to the clubhouse begging for my help.
Of course, I’m going to help her - I would never turn away a woman.
But with her, she wants more than a stay at my place.
I don't know. Her father is a crazy muthaf--ker especially when he drinks. I've known him for a long time.
But Little Kitty won't stop...and don't want to go home.
What do I do?

Age Gap
This was a really quick age gap (older man, younger woman) MC romance. I through the characters, Kitty and Butch were great. Be warned, there is a cliffhanger. April McCoy did an excellent job narration.

Not really for me
Both the author Just Bae and narrator April McCoy are new to me. This is an extremely short story that was a little hard for me to get into. Subject matter is not one that I particularly enjoy. I also had a hard time following the story as the characters were jumping about.

Uncle Butch is creepy
I hated this story. There are a few times in my life where I DNF a book. Listening to the audiobook was hard. To make matters worse this is under an hour long. Kitty has daddy issues I have no idea why. Her dad has always been part of her life. He does not abuse her and lets her get away with murder. Butch is a creepy old man. Like beyond creepy. The fact that Kitty and everyone around her keeps calling Butch Uncle Butch included Kitty is disgusting. I have read stories that have a daughter dating a brother or a friend of the main character and never calls someone Uncle. There is about 15mins left and I refuse to finish it.

too confusing
it may be just the narrator...I couldn't finish, I could not keep everyone straight, she read too fast and no breaks between characters...everyone sounds the same..

Good MC Novella.
Good, short story of young woman wants older biker. I would have liked it to be longer. There was a surprise but I won't give that away.

older man younger girl
Mc club romance. Butch is friends with Kittys father! But that didnt stop Kitty from going after him! She knew what she wanted and nothing was going to stop her!. This was a short sexy story about an older man, and a much younger gal. I enjoyed listening to the narration by April McCoy! I was gifted this audio and am offering my honest review.
