The narrator spoilt the audio book completely narrating at a spped of lighting, the story would have been good otherwise

great story, great plot, read well so easy to listen to, defo recommend a read

I ended up having to read the book on my kindle due to the terrible narration! It was driving me crazy!! The narrator was reading that fast with no pauses between sentences and as it was read in such a monotone way, you couldn't tell which character was speaking as it all merged into one! I have listened to many audio books and I've not had any which has made me switch off !!

Yes, I was quite eager to see if Anna would finally get the freedom and happiness she longed for.

Possibly.

How could the performance have been better?

The narrator sounded like she was reading out a statement as opposed to a story. It could just as easily have been a shopping list. It was quite rushed and flat.
