An Eye opener.
one of the best books I have read or listen to. I just wish I would have listen to the this earlier. I really recommend this to anyone who want to seatle down...and avoid being emotionally manipulated or abused. I am a survivor of the worst narcissist abuser ever met, my ex wife. From Kosovo , from Helsinki Finland.

More of booklet, but okay if cheap
Quite short, but good information. Could possibly find a lot of this info on youtube. If it is on sale cheap then I'd say it is worth it.
