I will listen to this regularly as it's good to hear the words, but I do not think it's necessary to have 222 affirmations, especially as many of these are practically the same words but mixed around. The introduction is great however.

After following youarecreators from their YouTube channels, and using Justin's affirmations to fall asleep to, to influence my subconscious, I was delighted to find this book on audible. I bought thisaudiobook to play the affirmations in the background. Like subliminals (only a lot more effective) playing affirmations while you do other things allows the statements to seep into the subconscious mind without doing anything to make them work. I've literally changed myself and my core beliefs using this technique gaining super self confidence and high self-estemm. So I was a bit disappointed that Justin included a count at the start of each affirmation. I realise that he intends them to be spoken aloud, with feeling, by the listener, but these would be much better without the count.
