I got this for help with a project but there is no indication in the description of how religious this is - the word 'faith' could refer to the faith you have in yourself or your project! This is for devout, committed Christians as 'God' is mentioned every other sentence. I found this really off-putting - it is very hard to see past this. It reads like the guy is giving a sermon - there is a lot of prose and passion - and a lot of repetition - but little by way of practical advice and exercises. A couple of times, he gives a numbered-list summary of what he is saying, which is helpful, but nothing he says is that innovative - and what he says over 4 hours could be put in a 10-page PowerPoint!
On the plus side, the author/narrator's voice is soothing and silky and quite hypnotic - he sounds like Matthew McConaughey. I tried using this at bedtime as positive hypnosis - and to help me sleep - but, beyond that, I really wouldn't recommend this at all if you're not a practising Christian!

Only get this if you are very religious!
