A good story and VERY WELL READ. However it doesn’t quite portray the horror you get from watching on tv. On tv you absolutely scare yourself to death. In this production you’re literally sat listening to rats eat someone’s leg and like “oh, that’s the rat eating someone’s leg”. But tame really. On the whole worth a credit but the ending is a bit sudden.

It’s alright. The tv version is better.

The story was classically, typically King. The reading of it by Craig Wasson was brilliant, and his characterisation of the players in this story brought it to life.

My first Stephen King read, I enjoyed the story and the inclusion of rats and the way the story was constructed,as I was aware he had a rats complex, maybe, his own childhood home was infested by rats that in itself would be a basis of a good autobiography.
