'I loved my trip to Hedgehog Hollow. An emotional read, full of twists and turns' Heidi Swain
Every family has its secrets, and at Hedgehog Hollow there is no exception...
It was always Samantha's dream to run her beautiful rescue centre, Hedgehog Hollow, full-time. But just as her wish comes true, she becomes a victim of her own kindness when she finds herself with a house full of guests - all with their own problems and secrets - looking to her for support.
When her self-absorbed cousin, Chloe, unexpectedly turns up at the farm - swiftly handing over her baby to Samantha to care for – trouble is definitely brewing. Especially as Chloe won’t tell anyone why she’s left her husband, James...
As Samantha juggles new hedgehog arrivals, family dramas and her own health challenges, it soon becomes clear that she needs to start putting herself first for once. Little does she know that life-changing secrets from the past are about to unravel and turn their lives upside down...
Return to glorious Hedgehog Hollow with million-copy bestseller Jessica Redland for a heartwarming, emotional but uplifting story of family, friendship and moving on from the past.

My only slight criticism is the lack of male narrating in this book as I enjoyed the voice of Josh in the previous book.
Brilliant

This is book three in the series.
Samantha finds herself with a house full of guests. Some invited and some who have just arrived on the doorstep, expecting to stay.
This book is largely Chloe’s story. Samantha’s cousin Chloe, has been portrayed as a spoilt, selfish madam through the previous two books. Despite once being close, she has treated Samantha appallingly. However when chloe’s life is on the brink of imploding, Samantha is the first person Chloe turns to.
With kindness and a bit of tough love from Samantha and the rest of her family, Chloe begins to reveal the secrets from her past, that have groomed her into the person she is today.
Alongside Chloe’s story, we follow Samantha, as she continues to support everyone around her, while still running an ever growing hedgehog hospital. Samantha soon realises that she has her own demons from the past to comfront and overcome.
This is another enthralling tale from Hedgehog Hollow. There is a lot going on, but good descriptions mean it’s easy to keep up.
There are some very likeable characters and a real sense of family. Plus lots of very cute hedgehogs! 🦔
Jessica Redland writes with warmth and depth. She creates Vivid pictures that give the reader a real sense of the book’s setting.
This part of the story is tied up nicely by the end of the book. At the very end though, we are given a little sneak peak at where the next book will start. I know a cliff hanger isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but I don’t mind it at all. Maybe if you don’t like a cliff hanger, give the epilogue a miss.
Another fabulous read from Jessica Redland. I’m looking forward to book 4, and would thoroughly recommend the Hedgehog Hollow series.

This book is not what you think it is not about Christmas but the title still relates to the book.
When I read it , it made me so happy. The story line is loverly and the characters are so relatable. The only down side is the narrator, it is very overly energetic even when the characters are supposed to be tired or upset. After a while you get used to it. I hope you consider reading it because it really is one of the best books I have ever heard.
If you like this book please read my review !!!!!
