Informative book which cuts through the BS associated with much of the online content of the fitness industry and simplifys how to obtain your goals, albeit fitness related or not.

This is the first audio book I have downloaded. I saw the cover while shopping in Tesco’s and briefly read the introduction, straight away I got this was the type of book I could read without getting bored. By luck I had just seen an advertisement for audible and thought why not.
I pretty much listened to it in a day. Matt talks so much sense. It’s straight forward and to the point. His antidotes are great and his life story is quite fascinating. I found him really relatable and would recommend anyone looking to start a fitness journey or is struggling to read ( or listen) to this book.
I will be listening again and ordering my hard back copy.
