this is a fantastic listen, with some really useful insights into strategy creation. However, it's hard to take the message seriously when, as a customer, I can't for one second believe that this customer centric value or strategy is followed by DHL staff, certainly not in the UK anyway. If they feel sick letting customers down, they must be off every day of the year! But that's unrelated to this book, which is a very very good book!

If you're looking for useful insights, you will find a few, but you will need to slash your way through a jungle of narcissism.

The book is a combination of "I am amazing" interspersed with subordinates saying "Ken is amazing".

Finally, books are rarely well narrated by their authors. Unfortunately, Ken Allen is not good at narration.

It was a real struggle to finish this book. If you do, you deserve a medal.
