It is simple but true to its core.
It is amazing how Gaur Gopal Das extracts complex spiritual concepts like cultivating gratitude anf forgivness into simple language that anyone can understand.

I have been following him on social media for a month now and I think that his approach is full od compassion, deep understanding and empathy.
I highly recommend this book for everyone that feels that self progress in an important task.
