From the opening chapter by the author i was gripped. Some books can take a few chapters to grab you, this was instant. Some books peak and trough along the storyline, this one doesn't. It has fast paced action, suspense and characters you can engage with. I found the feelings towards them changed as the characters developed. A very emotive, gripping and thought provoking story. It was lovely to hear the dialects too. A great read..... well listen!

Another excellent book from Iain. Sure it's not long but the voice acting is top notch and the story moves at a great pace!

Highly recommended!

Solid fast paced story centred around a group of alcoholics at an AA meeting. Whilst not the best of Iain's work it still has a lot to offer and well worth a read (or listen). Decent narration assists the reader in understanding the characters well. You could pick a few holes in some aspects of the book, please don't and just enjoy the entertainment that the book brings. An enjoyable read.
