They're not conversations.
I bought this on Kindle then Audible to go with the kindle versions. I am disappointed with the Audible version. They are transcripts of a story read out by one person. A conversation is something carried out by two or more people. This is simply a transcript or story read out by one person that takes place in a taxi or an antique store and other places. While the audio is clear and there is plenty of vocab to get your teeth into. There is zero quality production to it. ie no background sounds or noises to help place you in the environment. All parts are read out by one woman, including the narration.
So instead of losing yourself in the immersion of the story, you are constantly reminded by the quality of the producton. You're better off looking up "Dialogues en Français" on Youtube for real authentic sounding dialogs and conversations by actors with some proper sound production to boot. Plus it's free.

Enjoying it so far, happy with purchase :)
Interesting story, simple enough (dialogues) to follow, good narration. Best book/audiobook of conversational dialogues I have found, after listening to 4-5 others with more reviews of good ratings.

Good, but I REALLY need to see the printed text!
I am an intermediate French learner. I wanted to enhance my skills with these 101 conversations, but I really need to see them printed as well as hearing the audio. Having the PDF downloadable would be super!

Great for beginners!
I appreciate these short stories! As a beginner I could only follow the gist of what the characters are saying but still enjoyed the experience though and proud to have finished my first french "book".

I wasted money on others!
I deducted one star from overall because the intro was way too long. But everything else was great. I need practice with my listening comprehension so I am starting with the beginners. I was able to follow along quite well, understanding quite a bit of the story. The reader/s were not too fast nor too slow. They were easy to understand and had pleasant voices. The only reason that I am considering purchasing the ebook version is so that I can see some of the words I did not know. But this would only be if I still cannot figure out a lot of the words after listening a few more times.
