Such a great book, have learnt so much
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Rich read this book, I learnt a lot, making notes along the way, and have also benefited from the associated website content and assessments too. I have now shared this with my team and hope to develop myself personally and professionally, as well as my teams attributes. (Current & future members)

Not just another former Navy Seal personal development book.
I really enjoyed this book. The author shows humility and is able to describe the attributes clearly whereas other books of this type can be vague. I’d definitely recommend it.
