if you have gone through unemployment, or are going through redundancy, this is the book you should listen to during those tougher moments. I voluntarily took redundancy last year after 11 years in that organisation. Then after getting my next role, I found I had unresolved feelings with my last job and I bought Eleanor’s book to see what it was like. It is genuinely one of the best written and well read self help books I’ve come across. In part it has helped me move on and find closure. Thank you Eleanor.

A must listen for anyone who is unemployed or facing unemployment…

I have read the book and listened on audible. Eleanor is brilliant at taking you on a very personal journey with advice, tips and guidance through an unsettled period. I liked the case studies and the authors own journey following redundancy. Everyone’s journey will be different but I found the advice invaluable! I felt like I had a guide and support and this book helped me choose a different path which I would not have otherwise considered. Great book, great narration, really enjoyed the insights. Thank you Eleanor.
