What a wonderful story, beautifully performed. Thank you Philip Pullman. And all that sail in you

Loved it

I've been putting off completing this series since I was a kid. I had never gotten further than the half point of Northern Lights in each of my attempts. That was a failing on my part, because reading isn't exactly my best skill. I realised that these stories were in audiobook format and narrated by the author (which I always feel like it brings an extra element to the story) and I was delighted. I haven't been able to stop, I'm really glad to have finally been able to enjoy His Dark Materials fully in a way that I could connect with. Great story, great performance. Worth the wait.

Absolutely loved listening to all 3 of these. I missed the little midi chapter markers from the last one and thought the quotes were just alright. Fantastic book, Pullman does a great job of reading these and I think I'm going to be wondering what my dæmon would look like for a good while!

Great end to a great series
