Sarah A. Combs worked as a professional actress for a decade, including starring in off-Broadway productions, regional theatre, and daytime dramas, before focusing her attention on teaching drama to high school youth, which she has done—along with directing—for over twenty-five years. She is a member of the Actors’ Equity, attended the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, where she received her BFA in musical theatre performance, and also has an MA in theatre education. Sarah is on the board of directors of the Sharon Playhouse, a summer stock theatre in Sharon, CT. Sarah resides in Dutchess County, NY.
