Rich Mironov coaches product executives and C-suite executives at software organizations. He was the product guy at six Silicon Valley start-ups including as CEO and CPO/VP Product Management, and later parachuted into fifteen (15) software companies as interim CPO. He's had 3 successful exits, and consulted to 200+ companies of all sizes: two-founders-and-a-dog pre-revenue fever dreams, Series A and B tech scale-ups, and the world's largest financial organizations. Rich is a relentless blogger, speaker, teacher and mentor on software strategy &product management - aligning "what-we-can-build” with "what-markets-will-pay-for." His long-running Product Bytes blog goes back to 2002. Rich founded the first Product Camp in 2008. Rich started in tech as a software engineer at Hewlett-Packard, later in product at Tandem Computers, Sybase, and a series of startups: Wayfarer Communications, iPass, Slam Dunk Networks (VP), AirMagnet (VP), Enthiosys (CMO) and Suddenly Social (CEO). Rich has an MBA from Stanford University, where he was named an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a BS degree in physics from Yale University (with a thesis on dinosaur extinction theories).
