Michael Arena, Ph.D., is an organizational scientist, bestselling author, and leading expert on organizational networks, collaboration, and the future of work. He is Chief Science Officer and co-founder of the Connected Commons and teaches in the University of Pennsylvania's Master's in Organizational Dynamics program. Previously, he served as Vice President of Talent and Development at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Chief Talent Officer at General Motors. A former visiting scientist at MIT's Media Lab, his research has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, Forbes, Inc., and Entrepreneur.
