Her second work of fiction, The House on Liberty Street — Home of Second Chances is an adult contemporary family drama fiction/suspense novel released December 2022 and topped Prince Harry's memoir Spare as best seller in her hometown bookstore in its first few weeks on the bookshelves. The House on Liberty Street was a Finalist in the 2023 National Indie Excellence Awards for Regional Fiction, Western States. It is available in audiobook format on AMPlify Audio. She's currently working on a third novel, set on the Northern California Sonoma Coast. Frances married into the Italian family lifestyle and culture which fuels her foodie passion.
