David Eisley has spent the majority of his multi-decade career at the cross-sections of sales management and corporate culture change. He has experienced a variety of industries, including electronic component distribution, fitness center ownership, real estate brokerage, franchise development, medical supply distribution, political campaign management, and most recently, electronic security. Mr. Eisley holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, is an Advisory Board Member for the Resiliency Institute, and is an Adjunct Professor at Aurora University’s Dunham School of Business and Public Policy. He considers himself a lifelong student of Human Behavior and Systems Thinking, and it is not uncommon for him to cite Simon Sinek and Marcus Aurelius in the same conversation. Dave believes that an awareness of the “Hero’s Journey” is the most important insight into the universal human mind - that which we all share in common.
