Deeply committed to support under-resourced communities around the world, Daniel Aizenman has spent the past decade leading medical, sustainability, and educational projects in remote Amazonian villages. With a master's in biology from Miami University and a bachelor's in neurobiology, physiology, and behavior from University of California, Davis, Daniel brings both scientific knowledge and hands-on experience in helping people. Now a medical student at Nova Southeastern University and the chair of mental health of his class, he is pursuing a career in psychiatry. He hopes this book will not only help the reader find happiness but also enable them to help others through mental challenges.
