Author and screenwriter Amy M. Ward has always been fascinated by the "what ifs" of the near future. From the first page of Secrets Above to the final revelation of Secrets Long Ago, Amy invites readers into worlds where the truth is a dangerous currency and family ties are tested by the ultimate stakes.

A storyteller at heart, Amy balances a prolific career in screenwriting with a passion for independent fiction. Living and writing in the heart of the Ozark National Forest, Amy draws inspiration from the natural world and the complex dynamics of the people who inhabit it. Whether it’s a feature-length drama or a multi-book saga, every story Amy tells is an invitation to look closer at the world we think we know.
