I like that this book had simple and concise information to help understand how to elevate your connection with your partner. Regardless of what stage you are in with your partner, this book has great reminders as well as explanations as to help you understand why it's important. For example Chapter 24, treating your relationship as a new one. We all get stuck in the grind every day and the spark you first had in a relationship fizzles out. Remembering to keep it alive can help keep things exciting and build that connection where you are super excited to see your partner and want to be with them. Also in Chapter 26, reminder to not wait on your partner to make the first move. The relationship is a 2 way street so why should you have to wait for your partner to make the first move. Great book to help get your intimate relationship back on track.
