About this listen
Seb
I have nothing. I feel nothing. Nobody cares about me and I crave to feel something. To be wanted.
When life can't get any worse, it suddenly drops a hot Russian bad boy in front of me whose orbit I have been thrust into.
He won't let me go. He annoys me. He thrills me. I hate him. And I can't wait for him to catch me.
Dima
I'm obsessed as soon as my eyes land on Seb. He is the hottest thing I've seen. I must stake my claim on him.
He thinks he has a choice. He doesn't. He thinks he can run from me. He can't. I will catch him and take what's mine.
I will devour him. I will claim him. He will be mine.

The book is okay. I think it could have been very good with a bit more substance, instead it just ends up very far fetched and lacking any sort of believability. I’ve read a lot of mafia type romance and most of them are bit far fetched but this goes too far. while this isn’t mafia it still had so much potential for something grittier and a bit more believable.
Parts of it are enjoyable, i laughed quite a bit at the beginning with D’s audacity and relentless pursuit of Seb but it kinda lost my interest after the first 30%.
It’s actually quite juvenile in places, and the constant repetition of pet names just gets annoying. It’s like every other sentence.
The spice is okay but could have been better, it had tons of potential so that’s a shame.
One thing I really hate is when authors write MM and decide to just make them misogynists. It’s Asif they think the characters will appear more gay? The gays n girls love each other and I really love reading mm with strong female side characters. Girls are the Gays biggest cheerleaders in general so it shows really poor writing when authors are that lazy they make them toxic towards all woman, it’s almost like they’re writing straight men who just happen to decide to take the D? It’s so disappointing.
