One of the best les-fic books out there. Hot, sweet, sexy and touching. Classic ice queen trope done very very well. Don’t see this book on many of the top lesbian fiction lists knocking about but imo it’s up there. Narration excellent.

This is great so far but in the first chapter I was taken aback by some weird biphobia reminiscent of coming out in the early 2000s. I assumed the book was fairly old and then Laurie said she was Gen z - younger than me! I’m still listening and I’m not gonna stop but it was super weird and jarring…

Bravo to the voice actor. She did a fantastic job. I really enjoyed this book. Age gap, office romance, boss/Assistant, sub vibes and the spice 🥵 holy hell. There was a lot and it was so well done! Definitely recommend giving this book a listen!
