Somnus. Sigh, So glad i listened to this book. finally Somnus found his true love. He needed it. When i was listening to cupids story, all i could think about was, god Somnus needs a book. He needs something good in his life.
Somnus had his heart broken once upon a time and didn't think he would ever find a true love again. but then he met Lailani. they met at the hospital when cupid and Val had there son. and there was attraction from the beginning. Ofcours Hercules wants to help get them together, and he really does a good job i think. But his dad has other opinions on that.
This book builds up to a (i hope) fantastic story about Hercules that i cant wait to start.
So again thank you Nicole for your amazing talent. it only gets better and better

This is such a great series, I’m enjoying it so much. It really brings the ancient gods well and truly into this day and age. Written so well, even with a sensitive subject. Well done Nicole.

Nicole Garcia continues her Roman God romance series with Somnus, and he is just so broken and lovable! We learn of his past love, and how he feels now..in comes Lailani or Laila as she is called. Right away, the connection is strong...but wait! She is human(with her own set of issues)...he is a God! Will there love be able to grow? We get to see Cupid and his son Kane, as well as my favorite, Hercules(I cannot wait for his story). The trio finds out things from the past and hurdles that need to be overcome as well as having the budding romance between Laila and Somnus. Nicole Garcia is able to pack a lot in to her stories with well developed themes and characters, a must listen!

Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross give the perfect narration. Kai is perfect for the sweet Laila, making you feel compassion for her situation, and Wen is the most incredible voice for a God. This team is always the perfect listen.
