This is not a stand alone series, you have to read books 1 & 2 first.
The twists are jaw dropping, and you absolutely do not see them coming. From beginning to end emotions run high, right along with the action. This was an amazing end to the series!

I really enjoyed this book it had me guessing right until the end I would recommend read it for yourselves I hope to see more on the Other characters

omg wow ! I have absolutely loved the first two books and they kept me guessing the whole time but just when you think you knew it all this book comes in and rocks it all up again , i thought I had it all sussed out but I was wrong, I started to really dislike jonas but turns out he wasn't as bad as the story makes you believe and I love how strong Julia is in this book too fighting to protect her family, honestly if u read or listen to any books this year make this trilogy it !

First of all, the narrattion by Aaron Shedlock was amazing, he portrayed all the characters in a marvelous way combining different voices and accents which made the book so much enjoyable.

As for the story; the book is told now on Jonas' point of view and it altetnates between past and present. On the one hand it was interesting listening to some of events that occurred on the past because we get to learn what really happened, and why he did certain things, on the other hand, I think that there are some parts that weren't necessary because they didn't tell you anything new, it was just a repetition of book 1, and it got tirening. Besides, there is about an 80% of past events and the other 30% is the present.

In regards of the events happening in the present, they were interesting and had me wondering again how everything was going to be solved. I loved Julia in this book, because she finally is the strong heroine and is the one who has the upper hand and saves the day (well done Julia)
