About this listen

She ran.

He chased.

Now there’s nowhere left to hide.

Rachel

She should’ve known he wouldn’t let her go. Should’ve known his obsession ran deeper than desire—straight into madness. Now he’s back. And this time? He’s not leaving without her. She can fight it, but the truth is clear: This ends in ruin… or surrender. And when he discovers what she’s been hiding? Hell won’t be the only thing breaking loose.

Dante He doesn’t forgive. He doesn’t forget. Anyone else would’ve been dead by now.

But she’s not just anyone. She’s his addiction. His weakness. His fucking downfall. Now that he has her back, he’ll do whatever it takes to keep her close—Even if it means burning every last piece of himself to the ground.

In this explosive, twisted finale, Rachel and Dante have one last shot at redemption.

But some love stories aren’t meant to be written in ink.

They’re carved in blood.

Salvation by JM Johnson is a dark MC romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Lucy Rivers and Ben Hart with a cameo by Joe Arden. This is the third book in The Devil's Disciples series.

JM did an amazing job wrapping up Dante and Rachel's story. This book took me on an emotional roller coaster that I never wanted to get off. I loved getting both of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

I can't wait for the next book in the series Hidden to be released on July 1, 2026, so I can get Vienna and Gabriella's story.

Lucy, Ben, and Joe did an amazing job on the narration. I could feel everything the characters were feeling. I look forward to listening to more of all their work in the future.

I would recommend this series if you're looking for a dark romance, MC romance, or romantic suspense.

5⭐️

Prepare yourself for one hell of a ride in this last instalment of Dante & Rachel's Story.

Picking up were Saved left of.
This book will have you shocked, angry, laughing, crying every feeling you can imagine you'll feel it.

Rachel, iv sayed in the past 2 instalments, is one of my favourite MFC that didn't change here.

Dante had me so frustrated that man, it's a love hate with his character. i wanted to throttle him.

Lucy rivers, Ben Hart, Joe Arden
♾️ ⭐️ narrating Rachel Dante & Vienna
and all the side characters.

(in my review for Saved, i was hoping Dante would redeem himself, and yes, in my opinion, he did)

Life wasn’t about seeking shelter in the storm. It was learning to dance in the rain..... Rachel.

You made me cry, Johnson. Not once but twice!.

Rachel is an FMC icon, fierce, strong-willed, and her honesty is savage and I love her!

This instalment was packed with drama and tension, and the way they were infuriating at the same time, I just wanted to shake them. This was also an emotional rollercoaster aswell and handled the effects of trauma of a minor well. With a few gasps and oh no moments, I loved it.

The audio was performed incredibly well again and really made certain parts of the story hit hard and made it feel more emotional.

This made me cry

I continued with this series and I’m glad I stuck by it because this book was everything! I did accidentally hear something wrong and spent a lot of time crying over the wrong characters but it taught me to not multi task while listening to books 🤣 anyways back to the story, I wasn’t sure how the story would continue but I absolutely loved the tension and the almost “slow burn” kind of feel that this book had and how out fmc was still so fiery and unhinged and just how our “couple” but not couple were behaving, I don’t really know how to describe it best but read this book or if you want an even better experience you should listen to the audiobook alongside 😏

Loved it

“Salvation” is the third book in J.M. Johnson’s mind-blowing “Devil’s Disciples” series, the much-anticipated finale to Rachel and Dante’s story, a dark and twisted ride that gets your heart pounding. Definitely start this series with “Stolen”, the beginning of the trilogy and Rachel and Dante’s story, all not to be missed. The writing, plot and world building have been incredible from the start, and so have the character growth and development. This book picks up after the second book, “Saved,” ended, a cliff-hanger you never saw coming but one you wanted to happen and were waiting for, Dante coming for Rachel, after pushing her out of his life. In this book, we see the repercussions Rachel and Dante’s actions caused, and all the changes that were made during her absence. Not everyone in the club was happy with Rachel’s return, and she faces challenges, including the cop who has had it in for her. These two made mistakes along the way, and once they got past their dancing around each other, their relationship went to another level. Sure, it is an explosive relationship, but it works for them, and I loved that about them and their unpredictability. Dante and Rachel’s journey has been an incredible one, one to be remembered, as are the other characters we met along the way, mainly the club members, The Devil’s Disciples. The world-building for this series has been amazing, and I am glad there is more to come, and that Vienna is getting his own book, coming in 2026, another of my favorite characters of the series. J.M. Johnson, thank you for this exceptional story and series. It has been a wild ride, with lots of twists and turns, witty dialogue, an emotional roller coaster ride like no other and one I can not praise or recommend enough.

🎧📚🎧 Lucy Rivers, Ben Hart and Joe Arden’s exceptional performance knocked this series out of the park and into the stratosphere. Their portrayal of the characters was incredible, embodying their bold and lively personalities completely, so well you can visualize them as the characters in your head, with Rivers as Rachel, Hart as Dante and Arden as Vienna. And they were just as amazing performing the roles of the side and secondary characters too. Their talent truly shines in their performance, with their character voices, ease of handling the witty dialogue and banter, and their expressiveness of their characters’ emotions and passion. These versatile voice artists are a pleasure to listen to, and their enthralling performance is entertaining and keeps you glued to the story.
