Continuing steaminess with Adam and Isabella or Bella. She’s turning into a spitfire and stands up for herself more in this instalment. Adam is a DOM but he allows Bella many allowances in choosing his lifestyle. It’s getting more involved and I want to see where these two go.

Narration is good, and consistent. Still at times needed to concentrate on whose point of view was being said.

Continuation of Adam and Isabellas story! Isabella came back at the end of part 1 after discovering Adam is a Dom. They have a relationship but she wonders, and eventually asks him why he hasn’t asked her to be his submissive. After time.. and her getting upset at the secrecy and other things around them... he decides to train her.

In to part 3 for me!!

Part 2 is as good as part 1!!!

I received this audiobook free for an honest review as a member of the Pink Flamingo Production Review Team. You must listen/read the first book, Part One, in order to understand the beginning of Adam and Isabella. The new boss and CEO of the company Isabella works for is hard, tough, arrogant and domineering. A Dom to the core. Isabella is a smart, beautiful, opinionated young woman working as a Marketing Assistant for his company. Where this story goes is beginning to unravel in this second book. You will want to listen to the continuing story of these two characters in the following books in the series. The narrator does a good job with the characters and their personalities.

Adam is struggling with his feelings for Isabella. These struggles keep him coming back for more. In this installment, the chemistry is burning up the pages. Adam and Isabella fall into their relationship naturally. Picking up where part one left off, helps the flow of the story continue. This ends in a cliffhanger, leaving me wanting to know more. Once again, I could not stop listening to this story until the end.

Zachary Zaba, once again, brings this story to life. He has kept the characters voices consistent with part one. IT was so easy to fall back into the lives of Isabella and Adam through Zachary's narration. I love the consistency of the same narrator in a series and I hope Zachary continues this one as well.

increasing chemistry leads to hot reads

I read this as a stand-alone and although it did hold up, I would have gotten more from the book had I read book #1.

This was a quick read of alpha male and not quite submissive heroine playing sub/dom roles. For me I didn’t quite connect with the characters and as I said I think it would probably have helped if I had read book #1.
