I don't know if it was the narrator or the book itself but every part from Mason's POV made me so emotional😢 I think I cried more with this book than with Say You Swear and I never thought that would be possible ❤️‍🩹 but being a child that never met her father made this book really hit home❤️‍🩹

So it isn’t on the level of say you swear. But it’s a sweet story. It has a few dips in it and the end took me by surprise. We’ve had this pining boy, this sweet friendship and then boom, I didn’t feel like that was him.
Overall it was a pleasant read and I was addicted to a good two three hours of it.

I could not connect with characters- feelings so intense for 18/19 year olds, not very believable. Then MMC so whipped and pathetic throughout the story doesn't link up with how he was written in the last couple of chapters. Just a very disappointing story.

My first audible and i Loved every second of it the heartbreak Payton went through is just soul destroying but the love story that came after it in just incredible
