At first I thought it would just be a light $mutty novel with a predictable ending, I didn't expect to connect with the characters like this and go through their ups and downs, I even shed a tear at one point. The book is deeper than I expected and I loved it and the complex and controversial subject matter it covers.

Damn this book is steamy. I purchased this book through audible and felt that although the narrator was ok it really would have been so much better with a male narrator as well as the female. I’m not a fan of age gap romance. Reading about men in their 50s with beards and grey hair is something I would have thought would have been a major turn off in a book for me but this book had so much hype that I couldn’t ignore. I’m so glad I did because I really like the it. I knew from the start that there was something more to James but wasn’t expecting that. I can’t say much more without spoiling it but if your going to read this book then go in blind and don’t read the blurb. Enjoy x
