This series is addictive. I’m totally hooked on these characters and their journey. With so much happening and hot as hell sexy scenes that are on the “caution handle with gloves” scale, it’s a hit for me. A brilliant performance from all these great narrators.

Hide & Seek, the second book in the Myths & Monsters picks up right where Run & Hide ended. The story is a wonderfully written reverse harem paranormal romance with an elaborate and twisty plot. Ava, Caspian, Mothman, and Brandon venture into a deep cave to save a lost climber. Mothman and Ava become more intimate, and Caspian seems agreeable. He is convinced Mothman will keep Ava safe from his possessive and obsessive tendencies. In the meantime, the splinter from the haunted house in Ava's finger has evolved into a menacing presence. Infecting Ava with a curse, making her weaker. As they traverse further into the cave, Ava is haunted by her worst fear, ghosts. Ava is starting to embrace the preternatural more, predominantly in the more intimate ways, including a spirit possession with a twist and a cherry on top. The storyline is entertaining, with a great deal of steam, mystery, ghosts, vengeful spirits, tentacles, a cult, and unexpected turns. I was utterly stumped by the bizarre scenes and descriptions of the monsters' body parts. All I could think was that Beatrix Hollow certainly has one twisted imagination. I will definitely listen to the next book, Seek & Find; I need to know what comes next.

The narration is excellent. Michelle Price, Gregory Salinas, and Jay Alder did a great job capturing and portraying the character's personalities. I thought Gregory Salinas and Jay Alder really breathed line into the characters. Overall, Hide & Seek was an entertaining, fun, and eccentric listen, one I strongly recommend the series to fans of the genre.

I enjoyed this book even more then the first one the story is very interesting, different and a little crazy the characters are interesting too I can't wait to hear the rest of the series. the narrators did a great job

Hide and Seek continues where book 1 left off. The story takes us on a wild ride and we meet a new monster. This book had less action that the first book but just as much sizzling hott steamy scenes. I didn't really care for this book as much as the first one as there were some things the characters did that I could not understand. The cliff hanger at the end was brutal and I definitely need the next book to see how it all ends.
The audiobook was narrated by Michelle Price, Gregory Salinas and Jay Alder. They did a great job bringing the characters to life and giving them their own voices and personality. Their voices were clear and understandable and I enjoyed listening to them narrate this novel.
